Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Cape Verde Red Cross (CVCV) marks the first year of digitalizing games with activities in São Vicente and Santo Antão and with the launch of the “Walking Agent” product to promote equal opportunities.
One year after entering the digital era, effective May 22, 2024, the priority continues to be making games increasingly accessible, closer to people and aligned with the realities of all islands, according to information released by CVCV.
And it is in this spirit that, according to the same source, a new channel will be launched: the Traveling Agent, associated with the traditional agent.
“This new model’s main objective is to promote equal opportunities, especially for those who face greater difficulties in using new technologies or accessing digital channels,” emphasized CVCV.
Through this format, he added, the aim is to ensure that no one is left out, and that everyone, in any location, can try their luck and participate with confidence.
“This new step is more than an operational innovation; it is a gesture of commitment to the values that have guided the Cape Verde Red Cross for 50 years: solidarity, inclusion and proximity to communities,” explained the same source.
The launch of the Mobile Agent takes place with activities in Santo Antão, on the 25th and 26th in the municipalities of Porto Novo and Ribeira Grande, respectively, and São Vicente on the 27th.
In addition to the presentation, the agenda includes a meeting with local agents, debate on topics and even training on sales techniques and promotion of the Federal Lottery.
Since digitalization, CVCV has assured, the games have already created six new millionaires, including one of whom won the Totoloto’s top prize, 50 million escudos.
Furthermore, the game distributes more than ten thousand prizes weekly, giving players the possibility of winning up to 195 prizes with a single winning multiple bet.
