Africa-Press – Cape verde. The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) is analyzing the feasibility for implementing digital learning in Cabo Verde, said on Thursday, the partner manager of the Akelius Foundation, Philippe Testot-Ferry, a partner in this initiative.
This responsible made this statement during a visit made to the SOS School, in the city of Praia, as part of the joint mission with the Akelius Foundation and the Ministry of Education, to design the project for the digital learning of the Portuguese language, mathematics, as well as other languages.
“We are visiting several schools in Praia and surrounding, but the idea is to make a pilot project and then move on to the other schools and bring innovation to education in this way,” said Philippe Testot-Ferry.
The idea, he explained, would be a computer lab that allows students to develop their language sociability, first in Portuguese and then in other languages such as English and French.
