Africa-Press – Cape verde. The municipality of São Miguel marks, on the 29th of September, 25 years of its creation. From today until Sunday, the agribusiness fair takes place on the lake of the municipal market.
As part of the commemorations of the 24th anniversary of the creation of the municipality of São Miguel, in the interior of Santiago, the municipality will host, between today and Sunday, an agribusiness fair, to be held in the square of the municipal market.
The same takes place between 8 am and 7 pm, including an exhibition-sale of handicrafts, clothing, shoes, beauty products, vegetables, ornamental plants, decoration items, agricultural products, among others.
According to the municipality, the initiative brings together local companies and neighboring municipalities, which will make their services and products known.
The activities to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the municipality of São Miguel also include a Batuque Festival, to take place on Sunday, 24th, at the Historic and Cultural Center of Porto de Calheta, and culminate, on the 29th, with a formal session of the Municipal Assembly.
