Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Association for Environmental Defense and Development celebrates Earth Day, April 22, under the theme “Investing in the Planet”, with various activities, with emphasis on a lecture on the “Preservation of Marine Resources”.
According to a press release from ADAD, to which Inforpress had access, this year the date is dedicated to alert to the need to change the business climate, the political climate and the way to take action on climate.
In this sense, a set of activities promoted by the Association for the Defense of the Environment and Development (ADAD), namely a lecture on the “Preservation of Marine Resources”, this Thursday, in partnership with Enapor, as part of the celebrations of its 40th anniversary, from 9:30AM, at the headquarters of this Port company, in the city of Praia.
“This event aims to alert the private sector to the importance of ocean conservation and will be held in person and online,” the same source said.
