Africa-Press – Cape verde. Cape Verdean boxer Nancy Moreira is in the Netherlands, where she started, this Thursday, 25, a training camp for the African Boxing Championship, to be held in Mozambique, from 8 September.
The athlete, an Olympic scholarship holder, will train with the Netherlands team and some world champions, before leaving for Mozambique.
Nancy rose to prominence recently, winning fifth place at the women’s boxing world in Istanbul and fighting to qualify for the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
