
Africa-Press – Cape verde. The ambassador of Cabo Verde to Senegal, Hermínio Moniz, dedicated this week to strengthening economic and cultural ties between Cabo Verde and Senegal, through lasting partnerships in various areas, such as trade, tourism, education and cultural cooperation.
Held in the Senegalese capital, Dakar, the meeting was held with the team of the Partnerships and Economic and Cultural Promotion department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad, led by also diplomat Bababar Ba.
In this meeting considered promising, both parties, advanced Bababar Ba, committed themselves to promoting lasting partnerships in several areas, such as trade, tourism, education and cultural cooperation.
The Senegalese diplomat said that Cabo Verde and Senegal share common values and a rich history, and added that the two countries are determined to further strengthen this collaboration to promote the development and fulfillment of both peoples.
“We would like to warmly thank the ambassador of Cabo Verde for his availability and commitment to this common cause”, he noted, assuring that “interesting projects of economic and cultural partnership between our two countries are underway”.
