Africa-Press – Cape verde. Fuels will be sold from this Thursday, February 1st, with an increase of 2.93%, the Multisectoral Economic Regulatory Agency (ARME) announced today.
According to the new table, gasoline will now be sold at 136.30 escudos per liter, oil at 143.20 escudos per liter and normal diesel at 126.9 escudos.
Diesel for electricity is now sold at 113.20 escudos, marine diesel at 98 escudos, fuel 380 at 86.90 escudos and fuel 180 at 90 escudos.
The new update table also stipulates that butane gas will now be sold in bulk at 143 escudos per kilogram, with 12.5 kg bottles being sold at 1,787 escudos, 06 kg bottles at 858 escudos, 3 kg, at 407 escudos and 55 kg, at 7,864 escudos.
Therefore, ARME states, in procedural terms, the prices of gasoline, oil, normal diesel, electricity diesel, marine diesel, fuel oil 180 and fuel oil 380 increased by 3.18%, 3.77%, 3.17%, 3.57%, 3.59%, 3.81% and 3.82% respectively, while the price of butane gas decreased by 1.45%.
Compared to the same month (February 2023), the average variation in fuel prices corresponds to a decrease of 9.36% and, in relation to the average variation throughout the current year, it corresponds to an increase of 1.44% .
