Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Predio and ABC clubs, in men’s and women’s seniors, are the finalists in the South Santiago Regional Basketball Championship.
In the men’s senior, the Predio after beating the Revolutions in the first play-off game by 68-49 this weekend won the second game 78-45, in a game played at the Vavá Duarte Sports Pavilion, in the City of Praia.
For its part, ABC, which had won the first game 92-67, this time beat Maracanã 74-67 in the second play-offs game.
In women’s, the Predio left on the way, in the play-offs, the Maracanã club, while ABC managed to move to the final by getting the first position in the regular phase. The first games of the final are scheduled for this Wednesday, the 18th, from 7:30PM, being the first match in senior women.
The final will be played in the best-of-five-game system.
