Africa-Press – Cape verde. The National Institute of Territorial Management (INGT) delivered today a water motorbike “Jet Sky” to the Maritime Police to reinforce the surveillance of the seafront of the island of Boa Vista.
For the president of the National Institute of Land Management, Ilce Amarante, this “symbolic” act, which took place today, at the Police Command facilities, in the city of Praia, is framed, within the scope of inspection and implementation of the planning plans of the coastline and the sea.
This project, according to Ilce Amarante, aims to reinforce the supervision of the seafront of Boa Vista, after having identified some constraints that lead to the implementation of the planning plan for the coast and sea of this island.
During the inspection of the coastal and maritime area of this island, Ilce Amarante, said that they identified this need for reinforcement of inspection, that is why they made the acquisition of this water motorbike to reinforce this inspection team of the maritime police, giving better conditions for the implementation of this plan.
