Inforpress made a tour around the beach area of Praia de Cruz to find out about the public’s evaluation and analysis of the 31st edition of the Praia de Cruz festival, which ended today at 1:30 pm, after two days of music festival in Boa Vista.
The public, at least the opinions heard by Agência Cabo-verdiana de Notícias (Cape Verdean News Agency), complained about the delay of almost seven hours on Friday 18th for the start of the first day of the festival, which ended up affecting the start on Saturday 19th, the second day of the festival.
Isaurinda Santos, who came from Povoação Velha, said that she loved the event for the diversity and quality of the range of local and national artists, and of the musical genres, but warned about the delay in starting the festival, which meant that many people were unable to watch all the groups for work reasons.
