Africa-Press – Cape verde. Around eleven young people concluded this Thursday, on Brava Island, a ten-day training course, called ‘Get Ahead’, whose aim is to formalize their businesses.
Speaking to Inforpress, trainer Mário Soares gave a “positive” assessment of these ten days of training, taking into account the dynamics and commitment of the group that participated in this training action.
“It is with great satisfaction that we can see that there was an excellent number of participation among women, but also people with businesses and business ideas. So, people who have a business idea, now it is certainly clearer about the benefits of business formation,” she highlighted.
According to the same source, all participants who completed this course and do not yet have their business formalized are already moving on to the process of formalizing it.
“There are selected candidates who presented their availability so that, together with the trainers, they can begin to develop their businesses”, he highlighted.
Hence, the trainer, taking into account all the dynamics created around the group, during these ten days of training, considered it to be a “very good” evaluation.
Trainee Katia Delgado considered that this training will be of “great value” for everyone who already has their business implemented and also for those who are thinking about starting their own business.
“Both this training, as well as others in which I have already participated, because what I have to say is that we always come out ahead. The objective is to always acquire more knowledge, in this case, to improve my business and also to innovate, taking into account that sometimes a business can fail and we have to know how to turn things around”, he said.
He concluded, believing that he will be able to put into practice everything he learned on the course, however, he also appealed to young people to participate in the training, taking into account that the winners are themselves.
