Africa-Press – Cape verde. The candidate for the position of ARME’s chairman of the board of directors (PCA) promised on Monday, if chosen, all commitment and make its contribution to the institution being resilient and open to consumers and operators.

Leonilde dos Santos made these statements to the press after being audited by the Specialized Commission on Constitutional Affairs, Human Rights, Security and State Reform and the Specialized Commission on Economics, Environment and Spatial Planning, this afternoon, in Praia.

Graduated in Law, postgraduate in Legal and Administrative Sciences and Master’s degree in Tax Law, she said she wants to make her contribution by working so that the Multisectoral Regulatory Agency for the Economy (ARME) continues to meet its objectives.

“During the hearing I shared information about the path I have been doing in the fields of regulation, namely tenders, in a very generic way with this professional path allied to my experience and the values I shared here with the Committee, compliance with the law and I hope to be an asset in ARME”, she said considering the institution of an “immeasurable responsibility and importance” for the country.
