This information was provided today by the President of the Cape Verde Stock Exchange, Miguel Monteiro, during the presentation of the result of the Private Subscription Offer of the iiB subordinated bond loan, called CREDIT LINKED NOTES – iib PRAE – Program for Restructuring and Support for Economy, considered “a success” by the person in charge.
The purpose of the market capitalization was to mitigate the credit risk on the outstanding exposures of the loan portfolio with partial or total coverage of the exposure, in the global amount of 209,000,000.00 two hundred and nine million Cape Verdean Escudos.
“2022 is proving to be a unique year for BVC, with great achievements reflected in the figures achieved in market capitalization and bond issues.
