Africa-Press – Cape verde. Transportes Aéreos de Cabo Verde (TACV) will today start flying to Bergamo International Airport (Italy), with a weekly flight, the company announced, adding that international destination to the connections it already makes to Lisbon and Paris.
The Cape Verdean flag company said, in a statement cited by Lusa, that it will operate a Sal – Bergamo – Sal flight, on Saturdays, in an operation in partnership with tour operators from Italy, “with the common objective of promoting the Cape Verde destination ”.
According to the company, the flights will be mixed, with some seats sold on its official website and travel agencies and the rest delivered in packages marketed by tour operators.
“According to the recovery plan, the company will gradually introduce more routes, anticipating the return of operations to the United States of America and Brazil in the near future”
