According to the new price list, gasoline will now be sold at 121.40 escudos per liter (ESC/L), regular diesel at 103.90 ESC/L, diesel for electricity at 88.30 ESC/L, marine diesel at 78.00 ESC/L, and kerosene at 132.20 ESC/L; fuel oil 380 will cost 61.70 escudos per kilogram (ESC/kg) and fuel oil 180 at 64.60 ESC/kg.
Butane gas will now cost 134.60 ESC/kg in bulk, with 12.5 kg bottles selling for 1,682.00 escudos, 6 kg bottles for 807.00 escudos, 3 kg bottles for 383.00 escudos, and 55 kg bottles for 7,401.00 escudos. As observed by ARME, in the domestic market, the prices of butane, gasoline, regular diesel, diesel for electricity, and marine diesel decreased by 1.39%, 1.94%, 0.19%, 0.11%, and 0.26%, respectively.
Meanwhile, the prices of petroleum, fuel oil 180, and fuel oil 380 increased by 0.30%, 0.31%, and 0.33%. In total, this corresponds to an average decrease in fuel prices of 0.37 percent.
The new maximum retail prices are expected to be in effect from February 1st to 28th, 2026.
