The Minister spoke during the signing of the memorandum of understanding between the Special Maritime Economic Zone Authority in São Vicente (AZEEMSV) and the Clean Islands Energy company, which aims to develop a clean fuel bunkering system in São Vicente.
“We do not return to the time of coal, but we return to the future, we dream of the future, through clean energies, realizing the vision of Cabo Verde as a beacon country of the blue economy and making and realizing here in São Vicente a more promising vision not only for the island but for Cabo Verde”, said Abraão Vicente.
