Africa-Press – Cape verde. Colonel Armindo Sá Nogueira Miranda took office this Wednesday in Maputo, Mozambique, as the new director of the CPLP Center for Strategic Analysis (CAE/CPLP), for the period 2022-2025.
Upon his arrival in Mozambique, which took place on February 4, Armindo Sá Nogueira Miranda was greeted by the outgoing director, the captain of Sea and War Francisco Camelo and the entire support team, followed by a visit to the Center’s facilities, where he learn about all his tasks.
In Cabo Verde Armindo Sá Nogueira Miranda played the functions of commander of the National Guard and National Director of Defense.
The CAE/CPLP is a body of the Defense component of the CPLP and its mission is the research, study and dissemination of knowledge in the field of strategy, with an interest for community objectives.
