ERIS’s investigations were triggered by complaints about the sale of products with irregular regulatory situations, as reported today by the entity.
Flaws were detected in the communication of activity by the responsible party, lack of service by a qualified technician, failure to previously regularize the products, non-compliance with labeling requirements, and lack of technical documentation.
In the case of Alice Super Volume Gelatin, the analysis revealed the presence of the preservatives Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone, substances permitted only in rinse-off products, which led to the seizure of the batches on the market.
As for the VIDA VERDE brand products, all batches of the following shampoos are covered: Aloe Vera, Apple, Freshness, Cherry, Coconut, Tropical, Strawberry, and Egg, as well as the hair conditioners: Herbs, Aloe Vera, Cherry, and Tropical.
ERIS mandates that economic operators immediately cease the sale and return or discard these products.
Consumers who are using them should discontinue use immediately.
