Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Government announced in the Official Gazette that it will grant a day off for employees and agents of the State, Public Institutes and Local Authorities on Thursday afternoon.
According to the resolution, next Thursday, “the opening and attendance hours for employees and workers of the aforementioned services will be from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.”
However, the Armed Forces, the National Police, the Judicial Police, Health Establishments, Prison Officers, guards and security guards and services that work uninterruptedly, “whose presence becomes imperative, are not covered by this day off, and they will continue to work the same hours to which they are legally bound.”
