Graciano Sena admitted that individual athletes do not normally fit into clubs to benefit from a set of conditions for the practice of their modalities and they “are distraught”, so this program will allow these individual modalities associations to benefit from “very generous” financial support.
This Helpline, according to the same source, directly supports athletes in a range of actions, namely tournament organizations for the beginning of the season, national championships, framed in funds lost.
“This big problem” leads to athletes from sports such as boxing, judo, athletics, among others, without support in terms of equipment, educational materials for sports and a framework for training, namely a coach trained to provide daily training and manage participation in official events, he acknowledged.
