Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Government dismissed Orlanda Maria Ferreira from the position of president of the Board of Directors of the National Institute of Social Security (INPS). In a Resolution published today, in the Official Bulletin, it appoints Mário Rui Lopes Fernandes as the new president of the institution.
In a resolution of the Council of Ministers, approved on 13 September and published today, 15 September, the Government dismissed Orlanda Maria Duarte Santos Ferreira from her post and appointed Mário Rui Lopes as the new Chairman of the INPS Board of Directors, in the capacity of President of the Executive Committee.
The resolution, according to the BO, enters into force the day after its publication, that is, from this Friday, 16.
In addition to the new president, Frederico dos Santos was also appointed as Executive Director.
