Monologue “Tudo Junto Separado” showing today at the Atlantic International Theater Festival
The information was provided to Inforpress by the production director of Companhia Fladu Fla, Jailson Miranda, promoter of the event, who indicated that the presentation of the play “Lava de Vulcão”, by the Theater and Dance company Raíz di Pilon, scheduled for this Tuesday- fair, was cancelled.
The play to be presented by actress Irina Fonseca portrays three women who suffer from violence and end up dead, one being a victim of xenophobia, another of GBV and the third abandoned because she is not the perfect woman.
The seventh edition of the festival runs until October 26th under the motto “Sodadi”, with the participation of eight national and international companies, according to the event’s schedule.
At an international level, there are three countries, Spain, Portugal and Brazil, and, from Cape Verde, groups from the islands of Santiago and Boa Vista participate.
The shows are taking place at the Centro Cultural Português, at Palácio da Cultura Ildo Lobo and at the Platô cinema, with a lower number of groups compared to previous years, due to lack of funding, according to Jailson Miranda.
The seventh edition of the Atlantic International Theater Festival will close on the 26th with “Escuridão Bonita”, a play by the Sintra and Fladu Fla Theater companies, at the Centro Cultural Português, at 7:00 pm.
