Africa-Press – Cape verde. Cidade de Igreja, Mosteiros, Jun 28 (Inforpress) – The City Hall of Mosteiros donated plots of land to 18 young people from the Relva, South area of the municipality, for the construction of their own housing.
The plots of land available are valued at more than two million escudos and the donation falls within the “incentive to build” axis of the “Nha kaza nha grandeza” project (my home my pride) the City Hall of Mosteiros has in progress, covering other localities.
The beneficiaries of the plots of land are prohibited from selling or donating them to third parties, as well as the obligation to start the construction of the houses within six months after the date of signature of the documentation, otherwise it may revert to the City Hall.
The Mayor of Mosteiros, Fábio Vieira, told Inforpress that after Relva the next beneficiaries will be young people from Queimada Trás, whose number of beneficiaries can reach two dozen.
