Africa-Press – Cape verde. The National Police announced on Tuesday that it has arrested in flagrante delicto six individuals, including a 13 years teenager, suspected of murder against the prison officer occurred last day 19th in the neighborhood of Achada Grande Trás.
According to the National Police’s statement (PN), five of the suspects were heard by the Court of the District of Praia, and the Judge impose restrictive measures, pre-trial detention, and to the 13 years teenager the internment in the Orlando Pantera Center.
According to the statement, the suspects were arrested following communication received by the Praia Command Center, reporting the occurrence of a robbery using a firearm, perpetrated by several individuals, around 1:20AM, in the early hours of Saturday to Sunday, in Achada Grande Trás, in the City of Praia.
The same source reported that it was able to arrest six suspects, including a 13 years teenager, and three “boca bedjo” pistols and a knife were seized, weapons which are presumed to have been used by the offenders for the assault and steal the victim.
