Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Llana team, from the island of Sal, qualified this Thursday, 27th, for the final of the National Women’s Football, which takes place in São Vicente, by defeating Mindelense by 3-1.

The game counted for the 4th and penultimate round of qualifying for the final of the national championship and, by adding nine points in four games, the team from Sal was automatically qualified for the final on Monday, 31.

In the game against Mindelense, Llana opened the scoring in the 9th minute, through Kellisa, but Mindelense responded and tied in the 31st minute, through Leila.

Second half with another goal

Before the break, Llana made it 2-1, through Maisa da Luz, in the 37th minute, the same scorer, in the second half, with another goal, in the 58th minute, which fixed the final result at 3-1.

In the other game of the afternoon, Seven Stars defeated Dorense by 2-0, with goals from Dara Centeio in the 10th and 50th minutes of the game.

With these results, Seven Stars now have seven points against Mindelense’s six, two teams that face each other in the 5th and last round, a game which will leave the opponent of the Llana team in the final on Monday, 31st.

The final is also played at Estádio Adérito Sena, on the island of São Vicente.
