Africa-Press – Cape verde. The access road to Figueiral, in the Municipality of Paúl, was built from scratch, along its entire length of 1.4 kilometers (km) and has a carriageway five meters wide, paved in basaltic stone pavement and equipped with drainage, signaling and security systems.
According to the Government, the access road to Figueiral will provide mobility and accessibility in the region and will also contribute to the development of the local economy, namely agriculture, livestock and rural tourism.
The work represents, according to the same source, an investment of more than 131 million escudos.
