Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Porto Novo City Council delivered, this Thursday, two more multipurpose vehicles that were requalified in recent months. They are the all-rounders of Tinin and Branquinho.
The two all-rounders, which are mainly intended for the practice of basketball, volleyball and futsal, present themselves with a “new face” with better conditions for the practice of sports.
The interventions took place within the scope of a program for the construction and rehabilitation of sports infrastructures in the municipality of Porto Novo.
New interventions
The programme, financed by the Government, through the Instituto do Desporto e da Juventude, has already covered three spaces this year, two in the city of Porto Novo and a third sports board in Ribeira das Patas, in the interior of the municipality.
In addition to rehabilitation, the same program also includes the construction of sports infrastructures, with the launch of three sports boards in Jorge Luís, Ribeira dos Bodes and Planalto Leste this year.
