Africa-Press – Cape verde. Drivers and owners of hiaces from Sucupira terminal who are temporarily staying in Petcheco area (behind Várzea Stadium) are demanding better working conditions, especially the construction of a toilet.
They were placed in this area by the Municipality of Praia, just over two months after the start of the urban requalification and asphalting works in the Sucupira area.
On a tour of the terminal, Inforpress spoke with some of the drivers who were “outraged” and “unhappy” with the situation in which they are working.
Elton Semedo, owner and driver of a vehicle on the Praia/Assomada route, considered that the conditions are worse, that is, there are none.
