According to a note from the Presidency of the Republic, José Maria Neves will also promote, in Dakar, a meeting with the Cape Verdean community living in Senegal.
His agenda also includes a visit to the Museum of Black Civilizations, accompanied by the Senegalese Minister of Culture.
