Africa-Press – Cape verde. The basic schools of Achada Fazenda and Cancelo, in the municipality of Santa Cruz, are receiving expansion works and the basic school of Salina already has guaranteed funding for rehabilitation works.
The Achada Fazenda Primary School is receiving expansion works budgeted at PTE 6,641,705 (six million, six hundred, forty-one thousand, seven hundred and five escudos) and include, among other repairs, the construction of three classrooms from scratch.
The primary school in Cancelo is also in the process of being expanded and the rehabilitation works at the primary school in Salina already have funding through a program contract signed with the City Council of Santa Cruz in the amount of 9,328,747$50 (nine million three hundred twenty and eight thousand seven hundred forty-seven escudos and fifty cents), funded by the Government of Cape Verde.
These works are funded by the Government of Cape Verde.
