Africa-Press – Cape verde. Rádio Televisão Cabo-verdiana (RTC) will have a new board of directors from the month of October, announced today, in the city of Praia, the Assistant Secretary of State to the Prime Minister, Lourenço Lopes.
The government official, who oversees the Social Communication portfolio, made this announcement in statements to the press, after a visit to Rádio Nova de Maria, as part of a cycle of visits to private bodies.
Lourenço Lopes also said that the three members of RTC’s board of directors will be heard at a parliamentary hearing in the National Assembly in the coming days.
Regarding the update of the institution’s Positions, Careers and Salary Plan (PCCS), he added that this process will certainly be “the focus of attention” of the new Board of Directors, “to take office next October”.
