Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Russian Embassy will make a book of condolences available to honor victims of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall.
According to a statement from the diplomatic representation, the book of condolences “will be open at the Embassy Headquarters, Achada Santo António, Rua OUA No9, today and tomorrow from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00”.
It should be remembered that a terrorist attack, claimed by the Islamic State, at Crocus City Hall has caused, to date, 182 fatalities.
Meanwhile, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) reported the arrest of 11 citizens allegedly linked to the attack, including the four terrorists who directly carried out the attack.
