Africa-Press – Cape verde. Sal Island experienced moments of intense joy and pride this Monday, with its residents enthusiastically celebrating the victory of the National Football Team, which sealed Cape Verde’s ticket to the 2026 World Cup.
The culmination of the celebration took place at the Kebra Kanela field in Hortelã, where a vast crowd of Sal residents gathered to watch the decisive match and unleash their euphoria as the “Blue Sharks”‘ historic feat was confirmed.
