The same source added that the work, budgeted at 433,654,914 million escudos, was financed by the Government and the World Bank.
The owner of the work is the Ministry of Infrastructure, Spatial Planning and Housing, and the management of the contract is in charge of the public company Estradas de Cabo Verde (ECV) .
