The information was forwarded today to Inforpress by the Director of Local Economy at the City Hall of Santa Catarina, Zuleica Sanches, who recalled that this measure implemented before the COVID-19 pandemic by the drivers themselves and it was suspended, it was socialized before its return from today.
Despite the discontent on the part of drivers and vehicles’ owners, the same source assured that the City Hall led by Jassira Monteiro will not back down from the decision and they will charge the tickets related to the transport of passengers in the Assomada Bus Terminal as once.
According to the City Hall of Santa Catarina, such a measure aims to improve the conditions in the terminal and pay the expenses with the inspectors and police who will be on the roads to control the vehicles that are organized in line.
