Africa-Press – Cape verde. Pico da Cruz, in the municipality of Paul, Santo Antão, will receive an investment of almost 70 million escudos in the near future to improve the water supply and enhance the tourist and environmental value of the village.

To this end, the Government, through the Minister of the Environment, Gilberto Silva, and the Paul Municipal Council signed a contract on Monday, the 26th, within the framework of the Environment Fund.

This consists of co-financing a program aimed at improving the water supply system in Pico da Cruz and enhancing the tourist and environmental value of this high area of Santo Antão.
