Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Operational Center for the Information Society (NOSI) will help the municipality of Ribeira Grande, in Santo Antão, to implement the human capital management component to improve transparency and accountability.
The measure is contained in the contract for the provision of services for the digital transition, initialed on Monday in Praia, between the chairman of the board of directors (PCA) of NOSi, Carlos Tavares Pina, and the mayor of Ribeira Grande, Orlando Delgado.
According to Carlos Tavares Pina, the agreement aims to accelerate the digital transition on the municipality, making public services be provided quickly, transparently and especially online.
This agreement will improve connectivity in the municipality, making optical fiber work with significant bandwidth, implement the human capital management component, which is fundamental for transparency and the accountability system.
