Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Preliminary Contradictory Hearing (ACP) requested by MP and lawyer Amadeu Oliveira was completed this Tuesday in São Vicente, and the judge fixed Monday, the 14th, as date to pronounce the decision, whether or not the defendant will be charged.
After about four hours of hearing in the session, which closed the ACP, the defense team of Amadeu Oliveira used only 32 seconds in contact with journalists, leaving the Barlavento Court of Appeal, just to announce that … there would be no statements on the part of the lawyers.

The judge’s decision will be known on Monday, the 14th, at 11:00AM, in a case in which the lawyer and MP elected on the UCID’s lists by the constituency of São Vicente is accused by the Attorney’s Office of a crime of offense to the legal person and two of attack against the rule of law.
