Africa-Press – Cape verde. The Prime Minister considers it necessary the public service servers and the administration value the importance of the State in the lives of people and businesses, so that services are efficient in terms of quality services.
Greater response in terms of capacity and provision of good services and qualities that take into account time and cost, were referenced by Ulisses Correia e Silva during his visit, this Monday morning, to the new facilities of the Ministry of Modernization of the State and Public Administration, in the former rectory of Uni-CV at Plateau, these aspects are determinants in the framework of State modernisation and digital transformation.
He said that as an archipelagic country, Cabo Verde will have to ensure that the services provided both in the City of Praia, as the capital, and on the island of Brava are practiced at the same level, convinced that digitization has a “fundamental role” in this modernization process.
“Public services committed to public service and to serve. This means that it is a relationship between the public servant and the recipient of the service who are the people out there, the companies, the organizations, who depend heavily on the services provided by the State and they do with the utmost efficiency, professionalism and the Government is creating conditions for this”, praised the Head of Government.
