Africa-Press – Eritrea. Dr. Tsegay Medin, an archaeological research expert at the Commission of Culture and Sports, reported the discovery of ancient relics in the Hadamu administrative area, Dekemhare sub-zone.

The findings include artifacts, pottery, pots, ornaments, ceramics, as well as human remains. Pointing out that the Dekemhare sub-zone is rich in archaeological heritage, Dr.Tsegay urged all individuals involved in development activities in the area to report any discoveries of ancient relics to the relevant authorities. Mr.

Kidane Fesehaye, head of the Commission of Culture and Sports in the sub-zone, commended the strong participation of the public in the process and called for conscious engagement in preserving the region’s ancient heritage.
