Africa-Press – Eritrea. The annual Eritrean community festival in Italy, held on 28 and 29 June in Milan under the theme “Our Cohesion – Our Armour,” concluded colorfully.
The festival, officially opened by Mr. Fesehatsion Petros, Eritrea’s Ambassador to Italy, was attended by numerous nationals and friends of Eritrea.
The event featured a photo exhibition, cultural and artistic programs, a fashion show of traditional Eritrean clothing, and seminars, among other activities.
A seminar focusing on the progress of education in Eritrea and the expansion of educational facilities—supported by statistical presentations—was also conducted.
Cultural and artistic performances by a cultural troupe from Eritrea added vibrant color to the festivities.
