Blocs must face the reality that Futurism is all about being human-work-less, office-less, job-less, and border-less. The biggest mistake made by the bureaucracies of the world’s free economies in recent decades was that they ignored the transformation towards the virtualization of economies and didn’t embrace the new digital age.
In the past, the “industrial age” relied on cheap and hard labor, but now we need fluid minds to uplift the “digital age” worldwide. Therefore, economies of Blocs desperately need to understand the fundamental differences between the “physicality of work” and the “mentality of performance.” This new math will drive human productivity, affecting performance and profitability in a significant way.
Especially now the 4B Factor; when a billion workers are displaced, a billion replaced, a billion misplaced due to improper job titles, and now a billion on starvation watch due to collapsing economies. Without a national mobilization of entrepreneurialism deployed as a living force of constant learning, constant disruption, and constant advancements, with constant dialogues and debates, economies will deeply suffer.
Nations should have continued up-skilling their citizenry like they did decades ago. Instead, they handed over the future of national productivity to universities and YouTube, creating a citizenry that needs to be equipped to stand up to global age competitiveness. This has caused visible damage.
Today, a new change and narrative is emerging, Bloc by Bloc, nation by nation. However, the first step toward economic failure is failing to understand the ‘mindset hypothesis’ and the difference between job seeker and job creator mindsets.
The second step to economic failure is the inability to articulate and deploy the ‘National Mobilization of Entrepreneurialism.’ We need open national debates, as silence only proves lingering competency levels. Advanced global age skills, speed, and meritocracies will be mandatory under entrepreneurial intellectualism, plus support areas of specialization.
The Confederation Movements based on extreme skills for collaborative alliances to create prosperity and global grassroots prosperity will bring diversity and tolerance and solve funding for sustainability and climate affairs. Historically, entrepreneurial mysticism becomes the foundation of entrepreneurial-based economic development when fostered and allowed some respectable space and prioritization.
The New Global Age: The Confederation Movement would gradually strengthen the new global age of economic thinking, “Post-Platform-Economy + Merged Post-Gig-Economy + Post-Minus-Bureaucracy-Economy + Future Skill Mobilization = Nation Mobilization of Entrepreneurialism = Grassroots Prosperity” Once scaled and schematized on a mile long whiteboard, it will show how it captures the future. How to harness the national SMEs as the largest living pool of untapped entrepreneurialism?
The Post-Platform-Economy, like highly integrated global digitized rivers and oceans, merged with the Post-Gig-Economy, where human talent was liberated from century-old office thinking, where women were accepted as the Second Wheel of the same economic cart, responding to Post-Minus-Bureaucracy-Economy where paper-based crawl-bureaucracies will be wiped out when hyper-speed demands on production, performance, and profitability will expose, reject, and immediately shut out incompetence.
