Africa-Press – Eritrea. On the invitation of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, President Isaias Afwerki arrived in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in the late morning hours today for a four-day working visit.
Upon arrival at the Riyadh Airport Royal Terminal, President Isaias and his delegation were accorded a warm welcome. The welcoming ceremony was attended By Ms. Weini Gerezgihier, Charge d’Affaires at the Eritrean Embassy in Saudi Arabia, and Mr. Meshal Hamdan Alrogi, Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Eritrea.
President Isaias Afwerki and his delegation will meet Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, as well as other senior officials, during their stay in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on enhancing bilateral ties of cooperation and partnership, as well as regional and global issues of mutual interest.
The Presidential delegation included Mr. Osman Saleh, Minister of Foreign Affairs.
