
Africa-Press – Eswatini. Nomfanelo Hlophe, a Bachelor of Social Science(BSc) graduate says, the ongoing Eswatini Youth Empowerment Programme(EYEP) facilitated by the United Nations Development Programme(UNDP) is empowering them with skills to be productive at work.
Speaking on Thursday morning, after the certification ceremony of the second cohort of fitfty (50) graduates at Matsapha, Hlophe said, the Youth Empowerment Programme “has played a vital role” in equipping them about communication skills at work among others.
The event was held at the Eswatini Institute of Management and Public Administration(SIMPA).
“The initiative has been vital in capacitating us as graduates from different fields of specialisation to be productive at work, It has also equipped us on mental health issues and on the importance of communication skills at work,” said the graduate.
