Africa-Press – Eswatini. The Secretary-General of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS), His Excellency Georges Rebelo Chikoti, congratulates the Kingdom of Eswatini on signing the Samoa Agreement.
Eswatini’s Ambassador to Belgium, His Excellency Sibusisiwe Mngomezulu, signed the agreement on behalf of his nation.
The signing ceremony was attended by the Dean of the Committee of Ambassadors, His Excellency Daniel Evina Abe; the Chair of the OACPS Committee of Ambassadors, His Excellency Isaac W. Nyenabo II; the Ambassador of the Independent State of Samoa, Her Excellency Francella Strickland; and, the OACPS officer in charge representing Secretary General Chikoti, Assistant Secretary General Mrs. Banata Sow.
