Africa-Press – Eswatini. The Christian Revival Church (CRC) Global, under the leadership of Apostle Nkosing’phile Mbhamali, has continued its dedication to uplifting the elderly and strengthening community development as it celebrated its Mega Sunday service in Manzini with a special outreach.

This year’s Mega Sunday, one of the church’s the largest service of the year, was marked by the distribution of food hampers to elderly attendees and a powerful message of “total recovery” from Apostle Mbhamali where he encouraged hard work and resilience in reclaiming lost opportunities.

Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, acclaimed South African gospel singer Thinah Zungu, accompanied by his son Ndumiso, performed at the service, further strengthening the cross-border fellowship that CRC Global is known for.

Zungu, who shares a long-standing relationship with Mbhamali, emphasized that their bond is more like family than friendship, encouraging congregants to continue expanding the church’s mission.

Apostle Mbhamali highlighted the church’s commitment to meaningful social impact. Beyond spiritual guidance, CRC Global has implemented numerous community support initiatives, from empowering youth through motivational talks and training to offering seed capital for budding entrepreneurs.

“Our goal is not only to preach the word of God but to act as a beacon of practical change,” Mbhamali explained. “People need both spiritual guidance and tangible support, and we are here to provide both.”

The Mega Sunday service was hailed as it exemplifies CRC Global’s ongoing dedication to charitable outreach, with the church consistently aiding the elderly through regular food parcel distributions.

This service’s contributions add to the church’s record of impactful community service, previously recognized by dignitaries such as Minister of Education and Training Owen Nxumalo, who also serves as the Member of Parliament for Manzini South.

Nxumalo, who attended a recent revival, praised CRC Global’s efforts under Mbhamali’s leadership and joined him in distributing food parcels to the elderly.

He urged the church to continue its vital work in the community.

CRC Global’s outreach extends to the youth, as Apostle Mbhamali and his team actively encourage young people around Manzini to form groups, devise business plans, and pitch them for potential church funding.

The church’s branch in Ngwane Park is the second in Eswatini after its headquarters and main church in Richards Bay, South Africa.

CRC has gained recognition and praise for its commitment to community empowerment and social welfare.

Attendees and community members have hailed the church’s work, commending its dedication to holistic well-being; both spiritual and physical for residents of Manzini and beyond.
