
Africa-Press – Eswatini. King Mswati received a warm welcome at Hluthi under Hosea Inkhundla on Wednesday where he announced the tarring or upgrade of the Hluthi-Mbulungwane road and, the building of ten(10) new houses for the elderly.
The King was in Hosea on Wednesday to officially open Usizo Plaza and, further launch other community development projects worth over R60million. This includes the newly re-constructed Hosea Inkhundla, a clinic and a Community Hall, he was welcomed by Regional Administrator(RA) Themba Masuku, Chiefs under the Shiselweni Region including Hosea.
The over two thousand(2000) residents who attended the event shouted “Bayethe Wena Waphakathi” as the King announced other various development projects, highly expected to commence at Hosea.
“Government is committed to job creation and developing communities and, I therefore urge you to work with the Government by contributing ideas”, he said.
Others who were present during the event include Commerce Minister Mancoba Khumalo who was facilitating, former Senator and Lubombo Regional Administrator Sylvia Mthethwa who recently hosted the King during the official opening of Shoprite-Hlathikhulu, Liqoqo Chairman Paul Dlamini, Cabinet Ministers and other high ranking members of the royal family.
