Africa-Press – Eswatini. Khumbuzile Gamedze, the Correctional Services officer and ex-Senate Deputy President Ngomyayona Gamedze’s elder who was reported to have grabbed multimillion companies belonging her father, is actually a registered Director of some of the companies.

It has been disclosed that with trust, her father registered her while facing business related lawsuits, outstanding taxes and other debts, the ex-Senate Deputy President was allegedly protecting his properties from being attached by Sheriffs.

But after the death of the businessman, Khumbuzile Gamedze allegedly grabbed everything and told the other young children that, her father gifted her the companies and the multimillion properties.

The Correctional Services officer literally became a millionaire shortly after her father took the last breath but, it remains unclear if the Eswatini Revenue Service(ERS) conducted an investigation to recover the outstanding taxes or question the Correctional Services officer how she accumulated the properties and what was the purpose behind her registration as a Director.

“She grabbed everything and enjoying our father’s money with her husband and children. As the legitimate beneficiaries of our father’s eState, we are struggling and the Master of the High Court is engaging her to surrender the properties including the companies so that we can share equally. But she is taking advantage that we are still young and she is working as a security officer”, said one of the children.

Khumbuzile Gamedze declined to comment regarding the grabbing of the properties but “she has been bragging on Facebook that she is using a black ATM card”.

Reached for comments, Colani Hlatjwako, the One Billion Rising Coordinator advised the children of the late former Deputy Senate President to report their sister to women and children rights advocacy organizations.

“It’s painful to see an elder sister taking advantage of the children but they can contact us for advise regarding legal action that could be taken against the Correctional Services Officer. They can also approach Umhluma Foundation and other women and children rights advocacy organizations”, said the One Billion Rising Coordinator.
