The secretariat of the African Continental Free Trade Area and the African Export-Import Bank have signed an agreement on the establishment and management of an Adjustment Fund, which will need $ 10 Billion in funding over the next 5-10 years. The fund will support the private sector and African countries that suffer tariff revenue loss as they implement the continental free trade agreement.
