Africa-Press – Eswatini. Editor of The Nation Magazine, Bheki Makhubu, was last night conferred with an LLB Degree from the University of South Africa (Unisa).
The graduation ceremony was held in Mbombela, Mpumalanga. After the ceremony, the veteran journalist and aspiring lawyer said: “Completing the degree was bittersweet for me. Sweet because I’ve finally finished. Bitter because I have thoroughly enjoyed studying the law and could go on and on. It’s a fascinating field of study because it’s as wide as the ocean, particularly when you factor in the Constitution as a mode of legal interpretation. You can never say you’ve read enough of the law and know it all. I am not done. Ngiyatentela.” (L) Makhubu with his wife Fikile during the graduation ceremony.
